Here’s how to begin your journey with us:
1) Book a Tour
Get in touch with your Bright Future Centre — located in Park Ridge — to arrange a personalised tour. This is a great opportunity to explore our purpose-built environments, meet our passionate educators, and see our programs in action.
2) Check Availability
During your visit or phone call, we’ll talk with you about our current availability and your family’s needs. We aim to offer flexible enrolment options wherever possible and will guide you through the days and times that work best for you and your child.
3) Meet the Team
We know that trusting relationships are key to a smooth transition. You’ll be introduced to the educators who will be working closely with your child, giving you the chance to connect, ask questions, and begin building a partnership from day one.
4) Orientation Visits and Stay & Plays
Before your child officially starts, we offer orientation sessions and stay & play visits to help them feel comfortable in their new environment. These gentle introductions allow your child to explore their new space at their own pace, get to know their educators, and build confidence before starting full-time.
5) Simple Online Enrolment with Kangarootime
We’ve partnered with Kangarootime, a secure and user-friendly online platform, to make your enrolment process simple and stress-free. From submitting forms to updating details and managing bookings, everything is handled online — making it easier for you to stay organised.
6) Finalise Your Enrolment
Once you’ve decided to join the Bright Future family, we’ll support you through the final steps, including completing your online enrolment through Kangarootime, setting up your Storypark access, and making sure you feel ready and excited for your child’s first day.
